“New Jersey” defeated the “Rangers” on the road in the regular NHL championship match - 5:1.

Jack Hughes scored a double for the “Devils”, with Jesper Bratt, Dawson Mercer and Dougie Hamilton also scoring.

Chris Kreider was the author of the “Rangers” only goal. The team’s forward Artemi Panarin gave an assist. Goalie Igor Shesterkin deflected 23 of 28 shots from the opponent.

“New Jersey” with 36 points in 28 games leads the Eastern Conference, “Rangers” scored 27 points in 24 games and are 6th.
