Why These Sportsbooks Are at the Top
Every affiliate site claims its list is objective. Most do not say what the list is built from. This page does: the criteria, the weights, the disqualifiers, and where the money comes from — so you can decide how much the order is worth to you.

The one rule everything else follows
A book only makes this list if it currently accepts US registrations and actually pays. That is not a scoring criterion, it is the gate. GTbets itself fails it now, which is the whole reason this site was rewritten.
After the gate, five things decide the order. They are weighted, because they are not equally important to somebody moving their bankroll.
What we score, and how much it counts
| Criterion | Weight | What we are actually looking at |
|---|---|---|
| Payout reliability | 30% | Do crypto withdrawals clear same-day in practice, and are there patterns of stalled cashouts in player reports? |
| Registration friction for US players | 25% | Can a US bettor open and fund an account without a state licence gate or a verification dead end? |
| Bonus value after terms | 20% | Headline percentage divided by rollover reality. A 150% at 14x is worth less than a 100% at 6x. |
| Market depth and pricing | 15% | Not just NFL and NBA lines — college, props, pucklines and whether racing or casino share one balance. |
| Track record and support | 10% | Years operating, licence, and whether support answers a hard question rather than a scripted one. |
What gets a book removed, regardless of score
- A pattern of unpaid or indefinitely delayed withdrawals.
- Bonus terms that are changed after a player has already qualified.
- Closing to new US registrations — the thing that happened to GTbets.
- Support that goes dark on account or payout questions.
Why BetNow is first and Everygame is second
BetNow takes the top slot on the two heaviest criteria: its cashier clears crypto quickly and its registration is the least likely to dead-end for a US player. It is also the one link on the old version of this site that was still live and still paying when we audited it — a small thing, but it is evidence rather than a claim.
Everygame is second because it is the closest like-for-like to how GTbets ran: US-friendly, crypto cashier, a sign-up bonus in the same shape, and the highest operator rating in our source data. If you want the smallest possible change in habit, that is the one.
The rest of the list follows rating order. None of the positions are sold, and no operator sees this page before it is published.
How we get paid, and why we are telling you
If you sign up through a link here, the operator pays this site a commission. You pay nothing extra and get the same terms as going direct.
That is a conflict of interest and pretending otherwise would be worse than disclosing it. Our working rule: commission never changes a factual statement. If a book is closed we say so, if a bonus is bad we say so, and the order above reflects criteria we are willing to publish and defend. More on that in about this site.
Where the data comes from
Operator details — bonuses, licences, ratings, the sign-up links themselves — are pulled automatically from our operator database rather than typed into the page by hand, so a changed bonus updates everywhere at once instead of rotting in one corner of the site. Our daily picks come from a separate statistical engine; how that works is covered in the blog.
Where we state something we cannot verify, we say that too. Nothing here is a guarantee of an outcome, a payout or a bonus — only the operator's own terms are binding.

Our ranking method — FAQ
Do operators pay for a higher position?+
No. Positions are not for sale and no operator reviews this page before publication. We are paid a commission on sign-ups regardless of where a book sits on the list.
Why is BetNow above a book with a higher rating?+
Because payout reliability and US registration friction together carry 55% of the weight, and raw rating does not. Everygame has the higher headline rating and sits second for exactly that reason.
How often is the list reviewed?+
Operator data refreshes daily from our source database. The order and the reasoning are reviewed by hand whenever a book changes terms or a payout pattern shows up in player reports.
Can I suggest a book or report a problem with one?+
Yes — editorial@gtbets.net. Payout complaints with dates and amounts are the most useful thing you can send us.
