Zach Aston-Reese scored twice for the visitors, while Brendan Brisson, Tanner Lashinsky, Tanner Pearson and Joe Fleming each had one goal. Russian Golden Knights forward Pavel Dorofeev made one assist.
Jere Innala scored the hosts' only goal. Russian goalie Alexander Georgiev deflected 32 of 38 goals.
The teams will play another exhibition match on October 4.
